Marie and Pat are thrilled to host Dine With a Bajan dinners! Each evening will run for 90 to 120 minutes, offering a warm and engaging culinary experience for up to four guests, with the potential to expand to six eventually.

The two sisters will welcome guests at the door and take them directly to the dining room for a signature drink, complete with a sensory introduction to its ingredients and origins. From there, attendees will be guided throughthe softly lit living room to the rustic patio for dinner.

The table will reflect the sisters’ relaxed style, with simplewhite and wooden tableware, classic glassware, andnatural décor like bougainvillea or allamanda.

With soft background music, starters will be servedfamily-style, encouraging storytelling and conversation.Once cleared, plated main courses will follow, with guestsinvited to share impressions of the dishes. One menu itemwill be highlighted as a topic of interest, perhaps leadingto a fun quiz after dinner!

A short pause after the main will allow for sharing photosor anecdotes about something uniquely Bajan. Dessertwill be family-style, with sweet bites to sample. Theevening ends with coffee or tea a small gift as a mementoof the experience.
